Hmm, I quite liked the twins idea. Even if the kids aren't born during the outro, Bea could still announce that she's expecting twins and Roger and the narrator would be both confused, given their knowledge of the future, or more exactly the fact that they don't know as much about the future as they...

Hmm... that sounds like my cue for 'disappear for months'.

Yeah, pretty good. If we keep the flowing water more water-y and not a literal river of poop ;)

Not to mention that usually portaloos are self-contained and not connected to sewage systems ;)

But yeah, he should just exit from the sewer lid as usual.

Hmm, interesting. But the skimming bit has one problem - it might work as an animation, but probably won't seem like a reasonable solution before you've seen it. By looking at the picture alone and without knowing the solution, I'd imagine even with the penguins they'd all fall through anyway.

You're being a pain in the ass by agreeing with us? :P

As for the staircase idea, I'd prefer this puzzle to be a point of no return. Although a possible Spewter involvement could be interesting nonetheless.

Overall, sounds pretty good. The goo I'm still not too sure about, and I think we could just keep it as a regular sewer scene that Roger could freely walk through. To avoid the sewers becoming too easy, the catapult puzzle might be a bit more difficult. The first thing I imagined when seeing the wor...

Unless by the store you meant the one in the fortress, because Roger getting captured in the first throne room is the first point of no return in the game. And it's pretty much right after the sewers and with the current ideas, Roger won't be needing any extra items between those two points, so the ...

i like the throwing the little penguins idea. but distracting him is another issue altogether. Well, my idea was to replace that with the aerodynamic little penguin thrown in the penguin's face. But 'three-headed apeman' sounds like an interesting reference. Or some of the other suggested lines as ...

Oh yeah, olzen was talking to me earlier about the idea of Roger throwing a little penguin at the switch instead of the can or a rock or whatever. But I thought that the most far-fetched bit about the puzzle was Roger hitting the switch on the first try, so we might make it so that he'd have to thro...

I think we already have too many of those 'unexpectedly simple' solutions, like the Fortress door, finding Vohaul in the fortress, busting out of jail, etc.

Yeap, we've been pretty lazy there :P
